Effective September 13, 2019:
New changes in New York State tax law 1409 that effects the TP-584 and RPT now requires disclosure of the name, business address and social security number of all members, managers, and any other authorized persons acting on behalf of a Limited Liability Company. See Section 1409 of the Tax Law
